I actually don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review (?) but going on my third year of riding and was looking to upgrade my bike. To make this story make sense, please keep in mind I am a young female that goes to places by themselves. Saw a bike I was interested in listed on their website, and drove all the way from Mississauga and when I went inside the only employee in the front looked at me then looked back at his computer. Couldn’t even say hi, he just made a face and looked down, I was literally the only customer in the dealer. I immediately felt intimidated and uncomfortable and went towards the back where I just looked at their gloves, then asked employee if that’s all they had where he goes like “…..yeah”. Like ok thanks for all your assistance? I am NOT the person to pull the gender card as I understand that anything to do with motorsports is typically a male dominant industry but I really don’t understand treating me like I’m less of a person because I’m not your typical customer. Going here really just made me feel bad about myself, and I am excited to purchase my new bike elsewhere. Train your staff to be nicer

What an awesome business! After reading the adds on Craigslist for years and paying too much for tires and installation at other shops, I decided to give Break'er Bikes a try. I called for an appointment and was pleasantly surprised when they said they could get to my tires in a day or two. Upon arrival with my wheels and new tires, Keely took over and carefully and expertly removed the old, installed the new and balanced both wheels in around 20 minutes. She seemed happy to have me watch and answered all my random questions with knowledge and grace. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to install internet or any other tires to check out this place.

Purchased my first Indian from Jay, what an awesome experience.Jay answered all my questions and made me feel party of the team.I got my fist service done and wow, again Jay and Cycle Works knocked it out of the park!!Would 100% recommend them to anyone!!Stay safe and ride with fun

I just went to Hickman's to get some work done on my 2019 Chevy Cruze. It was making a knocking sound on the driver's size, I thought it was a tie rod sure enough it was but I also need a stabilizer link. They wanted to charge me $532. And it was another 129.95 for a wheel alignment afterwards, so it would have been $700+ went to my normal garage and they could do both tie rods, both linkages and the wheel alignment for $542. Explain to me how that makes sense. And then, when I'm done paying the diagnostic fee $109, they had to nerve to appraise my car, and offer 14750 for it.... Will never recommend and will never be going back. I love Chevys but the service and prices at Hickman's is just trash.

Colin fixed an old Italian moped of mine that no one else was willing to work on! He did a great job it runs perfect. Service was fast as well had the bike back in no time. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

This shop is awesome! I was visiting from out of town in the start of April and was referred by a friend. I needed a rental motorcycle to kick start my season and for my new YogaMotoGal channel. Kristina at the front desk was quick to arrange the Honda Rebel 300 for me to ride and was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Cody in service was also great when it came to looking over my bike rental and answered all my questions. I love how they don't chase full tanks. It makes returning the bike that much easier. They also had a wicked retail selection and I found an awesome new Vans t-shirt to remember my experience with them. Sterling from the retail department was kind enough to give me a few All Season Motorsports stickers for free along with my purchase. I highly recommend renting here for any of your motor sports needs. They're prices are reasonable and all the staff here were professional and down to earth. Happy and safe riding everyone!

With the atmost honesty, I very rarely comment on sites, however I feel compelled to voice out my gratitude. I have never seen such a complete team, that is highly professional, courteous and impeccably helpful.
